Meet Dr. Dixon

Dr. Hyoung Jun Kim

DDS, PhD, MBA

Born and raised in Seoul, Korea, Dr. Kim, Hyoung Jun attended Seoul National University School (SNU) of Dentistry and earned his DDS and MS. His passion for orofacial pain and oral medicine had led Dr. Kim to earn Ph.D in orofacial pain from SNU School of Dentistry.

Dr. Kim has treated patients who suffer from TMD (temporomandibular disorder) and pain in head and neck area for many years. Then Dr. Kim decided to continue his study for orofacial pain in United States. He was selected for a Orofacial Pain and Oral Medicine residency program at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of University of Southern California where he studied with world renowned professors and clinicians.

Dr. Kim is a USA licensed orofacial pain specialist approved by ADA and a former adjunct faculty of the resident clinic at USC School of Dentistry. Dr. Kim is currently teaching students and residents as an adjunct faculty at Seoul National University School of Dentistry. As an active speaker, Dr. Kim enjoys teaching other professionals.
